East Kellogg/U.S. Freeway Project - Edgemoor Bridge Will Open

The Edgemoor and East Kellogg bridge opened to motorists today, August 18th, 2005. The contractor, Sherwood Construction, completed final construction details late today. Motorists can access the new turnarounds located at the Bridge.
The bridge opening allows permanent use of the turnarounds for both eastbound and westbound East Kellogg Frontage Roads at Woodlawn and Edgemoor. Both northbound and southbound traffic on Edgemoor will cross East Kellogg. Landscaping work will occur this fall.
