President's Day Holiday Observance Date: February 14, 2003 Contact: LaTricia Harper, Public Information Officer : LHarper@wichita.gov : (316) 946-4700 In observance of the President’s Day holiday, City of Wichita offices, Neighborhood City Halls, and all Wichita Public Library branches will be closed Monday, Feb. 17. Municipal golf courses will be open for holiday play, weather permitting. Transit services will be running Monday on its Saturday schedule.
