SweetArts, the annual Valentine’s show and sale at CityArts.

The perfect place to procure a proclamation of passion for your partner or paramour, SweetArts is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 8.

Local and regional artists are asked to do paintings, sculpture and other artworks using love – sweet love – as their inspiration. These pieces, which run the gamut from sincere to sarcastic, will be on display and for sale for two hours only. Buy the piece and take it with you … no waiting.

Enjoy liquid refreshment and small bites of snack foods while you gaze at art and listen to the saccharine love songs of DJ Jake Euker. It’s a night the two of you will never forget.
