In observance of the New Year’s holiday, City of Wichita offices, Neighborhood City Halls, Wichita Public Library branches, municipal golf courses, and Transit Services will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 1. All library branches will close at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 31, New Year’s Eve.
