The Wichita-Sedgwick County Health Department is helping the Kansas Department of Health and Environment spread the word that a food product has been recalled.

Yorkshire Farms ready-to-eat "All Natural Old Fashioned Deli Style Uncured Beef Salami" and "All Natural Old Fashioned Deli Style Uncured Beef Bologna" in 8-ounce vacuum packages are on the recall list. They are being recalled because of possible Listeria Monocytogenes contamination (food poisoning).

Production Dates/Identifying Code: The products were sliced and packaged on April 25, 2000. "Sell By Jul 0300" is stamped on the package labels. The plant's establishment number 2000 is imprinted in the USDA inspection legend on the labels.

Federal Establishment:

02000 M
Hahn Brothers Inc.
440 Hahn Road - PO Box 407
Westminster, Maryland 21158

The products were distributed in Kansas and about 450 pounds of the products are being recalled.
