In observance of the Veterans Day Holiday, City of Wichita facilities will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11. This includes City Hall, Park Recreation Centers, Century II, CityArts, Wichita Art Museum, Botanica and Wichita Public Library branches. Neighborhood City Halls will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday and be closed Wednesday.
Cowtown will be open 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Mid-America All-Indian Center will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will reopen from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for Community Night.
Municipal golf courses will be open. The Ice Center will be open normal hours and the Animal Shelter will be open holiday hours from 1 to 5 p.m.
Transit Services will run the Saturday schedule. The Transit Center information desk will be open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
