Minutes of the regular meeting dated, September 27, 2004, were read and on motion approved. Central Rail Corridor; Heavy Rail, including Paving, Storm Water, Sanitary Sewer (87N0160-01/472-84071 (715235) Defer one week 2004 Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction, Phase 12 - (various locations north of MacArthur, between Broadway and Woodlawn. (District IV) Duling Construction - $187,492.00 The Purchasing Manager recommended that the contracts be awarded as outlined above, subject to check, same being the lowest and best bids within the Engineer's construction estimate.
