Present at that meeting were officials from several jurisdictions around the state and also present was Representative Grange. There were long discussions on what the requirements and wording should be in the Bill. It was decided that I would write up the wording I had presented to the group and send that to the other members so they could review that wording and think about other changes they would like to see. This group voted to meet again in August of 2007 to continuing the discussion. Secretary Kerschen said he would email HB2251 with the revised wording to each of the Board members for their review. With no other business to conduct, Board member Johnson made a motion to adjourn. Board member Ragland seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned. The time was 3:44 pm.
