The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, March 18, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North 
Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.  VAC 2004-04:   Request to Vacate 5-Feet of the Platted 25-Foot Setback on Lots 5 and 12, Block 3, 
The Moorings Addition, located southwest of 53rd Street North/North Meridian intersection (southwest of 
Key West/Meridian Intersection on Baja Street).
