1.	Approve of Board of Zoning 2006 Calendar.

2.	Approve BZA meeting minutes for September 20, 2005.

Request:	Variance to reduce onsite parking from 55 to 7 spaces (with parking provided 
offsite on lot approximately 850 feet to the northwest).
