		a)  Hearing of alleged violations against Tom St. Peter of Saint Electric.
		b)  Discussion of WABA proposal to expand trade boards to include builder
		      representation.
		c)  Information on upcoming dinner seminar on 2005 NEC adoption in Wichita.
