The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, January 12, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City 
Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.   VAC 2005-48:  Request to Vacate an Easement Dedicated by Separate Instrument, generally located 
on the southwest corner of 13th Street North and Webb Road.

   2.   SUB 2005-96:  Final  Plat -- TOWNE PARC 8TH ADDITION, located south of Pawnee and west of Webb

 3.  DED 2006-01 AND DED 2006-02:  Dedication of Drainage and Utility Easements, located west of Ridge
