The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, May 27, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, 
Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:


1.  SUB 2004-57:  One-Step Final Plat -- KENNY ROGERS ADDITION, located on the east side of Hillside and 
south of 53rd Street North. (Deferred from 5/13/04)

3.	VAC 2004-18:   Request to Vacate 24th Street North Right-of-Way, located between Woodland/Burns/Salina 
Streets.

5.	VAC 2004-20:   Request to Vacate Platted Setbacks and Access Control, located on the southeast
