Approve the minutes of Dec. 1, 2004 meeting

The following people will be present to discuss Marshall Middle School gas explosion and explain why code was not followed as per code. Section 21.04.267

	1204.3.1 Rough piping inspection.

David Sills, Master Plumber on Job site
Mark D. Kirkland, Journeyman Plumber on Job site
Douglas E. Kirkland, Owner/Partner Commercial Mechanical
William E. Valentine, Owner/Partner Commercial Mechanical

Mr. Lee Grandstaff, Plumbing Inspector who was present and making the required inspections when scheduled by the Plumbing Contractor.

The Office of Central Inspection does not know why changes to the gas piping system was done without proper inspections which was required by City Code.

OCI requests the Boards recommendations for any and all violations of 2000 Uniform Plumbing Code requirements or neglect of such code requirements.

Review of the 2003 UPC from last meeting.
