The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, October 26, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City 
Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


 1.   VAC 2006-38:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Alley, generally located between 2nd-3rd-
Cleveland-Indiana Streets/Avenues.

	 	A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning 
	 Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


  2.   VAC 2006-39:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Floodway Easement, generally located between K-96 
Highway and 37th Street North, on the west side of Woodlawn Boulevard.

3.  SUB 2006-82:  One-Step Final Plat -- PEARSON COMMERCIAL ADDITION, located south of 29th Street 
North and on the east side of Maize Road.  (Deferred from 10/17/06)
