The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, November 10, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City 
Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:


 1.  VAC 2005-38:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Setback and Platted Access Control, 
generally located on the northeast corner of 13th Street North and Greenwich Road.

 2.  VAC 2005-39:  Request to Vacate a Platted Drainage Easement, generally located south of 29th 
Street North and west of Maize Road, northeast of the Parkdale Court - Parkdale Street intersection.

  3.	SUB 2005-77:  Final  Plat -- GREENWICH BUSINESS CENTER ADDITION, located on the east side  
of Greenwich Road and on the south side of 29th Street North.
