Board Members Present:  Lonny Wright, Terry Irwin, Ron Means, Larry Dougherty and Kenny Englert

Ron Means, President called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m..

Review of minutes:  Lonny Wright, seconded by Kenny Englert, approve the minutes as read, motion carried 4 - 0.

Larry Dougherty arrived.

There was no old business.

New Business:

Review of the City ordinance in regards to the disciplinary action of pulling individual certificates was discussed, with no action taken.

The procedure for Board appointments was discussed.  Board appointments are for two-year terms and can only serve for eight years.  Missing 50% or 3 concectitive meetings can be grounds of termination.  No action taken.

It was reported that there was no update on Commercial Mechanical.

Discussion on the staffing situation in the Plumbing Section and if there would be temporary staffing.  No action taken.

Discussion on lawn irrigation companies working without certification and/or licenses.  No action taken.
