MINUTES OF MEETING OF
BOARD OF ELECTRICAL APPEALS

June 14, 2005 - 3:00 p.m.

Chairman Roy Meinhardt called the meeting to order at 3:05 pm, with Board members Larry Clark, Dale Johnson, Harold Ragland, John Whittit, Jerry Addington and Secretary Tom Kerschen present.  Board member Larry Hackney was absent. 

The minutes of the May 24, 2005 special meeting were read.  Board member Clark made a motion the minutes be approved as written, it was seconded by Board member Ragland and approved. 

The recent examination results from Experior Assessments for electrical examinations administered by their office for City of Wichita approved applicants were presented to the Board.  The results were as follows:

Under part A of the unfinished business section of the agenda, the Board continued the review of the 2005 National Electrical Code and the City of Wichita Title 19.  The Board is looking over Title 19 for amendments to the 2005 NEC as well as rewording the criteria for unsupervised people and general cleanup for clarifications and type errors.  The Board also decided to add a special meeting on June 28, 2005 for continued review.

With no new business to conduct, Board member Clark made a motion to adjourn. Board member Ragland seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned.
