be held on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2006, in the Tenth Floor Conference Room, Wichita

Michael Gisick, Hoyt Hillman, Bill Johnson and Denise Sherman were absent.  Copies of 
their recommendations have been furnished to the Planning Commission.
