The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held 
on Thursday, December 2, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 
455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:


1.   VAC 2004-51:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Utility Easement, located southwest of the 119th 
Street West - Central Avenue intersection, southwest of Jaax Street and Hardtner Circle. (Deferred from 
11/04/04)

2.  VAC 2004-53:  Request to Vacate a Platted Utility Easement, located a 1/4 mile east of  West Street, south 
of 21st Street North, and northeast of the Westridge Court - Westridge Drive intersection.

3.   VAC 2004-54:  Request to Vacate a Platted Utility Easement, located on the southeast corner of 45th 
Street South and Seneca Street.

 4.  VAC 2004-55:  Request to Vacate Eldora Street Right-of-Way, located on both sides of Kellogg Avenue, 
between Dewey Avenue and Orme Street and west of Washington Avenue.

5.   VAC 2004-56:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Drainage Easement, located west of Ridge Road, midway 
between 29th Street North and 37th Street North, northeast of the Wild Rose Street - Forest Lakes Street 
intersection.

 6.  VAC 2004-58:  Request to Vacate Platted Access Control and a Portion of a Platted Drainage and Utility
