The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held 
on Thursday, December 16, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 
455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:


1.   VAC 2004-61:  Request to Vacate Platted Street Right-of-Way and Multiple Setbacks, located north of 
13th Street North and east of 143rd Street East, on Sport of Kings Road Court.

 4.  VAC 2004-64:  Request to Vacate Platted Setbacks, Utility Easements and Street Right-of-Way on Multiple
