Those Present: Ray Frederick, David Hughes, Randy Holm, Carl Hanna, Gary Highfill, Frank Rash and Dan Leidy

Absent: Blaine Tharp

Also Present: John Shepherd and Lonny Wright

Gary Highfill made the motion to approve February 2007 minutes as written. Ray Frederick seconded the motion. Motion carried.

David Hughes and the board members discussed the progress of the amendments of the 2007 IMC. The City and County Mechanical Boards are in the process of doing this review together to keep requirements as close as possible.

David Hughes stated he would check with Blaine to see if he has any intention to re-apply for his position on the Board.

Ray Frederick gave an up date on the Propane Bill and as of this time it is sitting on the Governors desk waiting for her signature.
