The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, December 29, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City 
Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

 1.  VAC 2005-46:  Request to Vacate a Platted Drainage Dedication, generally located southwest of the 
Kellogg Street - I-35 interchange, east of Cypress Drive and Orme Street.

 2.  VAC 2005-47:  Request to Vacate Request a Portion of a Platted Setback, generally located east of 
Webb Road and on the southwest corner of the Harry - Lockmoor Streets intersection.
