The City of Wichita Board of Zoning Appeals regular meeting will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2006 in 
the Planning Department Conference Room, 10th Floor. Wichita City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas, 
beginning at 1:30 p.m.

1.	Approve BZA meeting minutes for September 26, 2006 and November 28, 2006.

2.	Approve City of Wichita BZA 2007 Calendar.

3.         Case No.:	BZA2006-86
               Request:	City variances to allow an on-site sign 35 feet in height (instead of 25), and 
allow 160 sq. ft. sign (instead of 100 ft.), and waive separation distance of 
150 feet.
