To make it easier for citizens to visit City Hall, we have provided information on where citizens can park. The map below shows the numbered parking lots below.
Lot 1 (west of City Hall, bordered by Waco, 3rd St. and Central)
City employee parking only. If you do not have an employee parking permit, you will be ticketed.
Lot 2 (City Hall)
Parking garage and surface lot. Citizens parking in the parking garage are to park on first level ONLY. City employees park on levels 2-4. If there are no parking spaces available on first level, citizens can park in the surface lot where indicated. The northwest and southwest entrances are for employees only while the northeast and southeast entrances are for citizens. Parking is $.25 per half hour (full day is $5), and you will need to present your parking stub on the way out.
Lot 3 (south of City Hall - entrance is on the north side of 3rd St.)
Metered parking, $.25 per half hour.
Lot 4 (south of City Hall - entrance is on the south side of 3rd St.)
Monthly and daily parking available. Monthly is $35, daily is $2.00.
