Meet the Ambassadors!
Susan has worked for the City of Wichita since 1996. Before joining the Ambassador program, she worked in Customer Service at the Water Department.
Susan currently has an Associate of Arts in Business degree and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree with Baker University.
The exciting developments in the downtown area keep Susan constantly busy, and the daily challenges and the opportunities they present are Susan’s favorite part of the job. This job enables her to be involved with many different people and be able to assist them and answer their questions. She finds this job particularly rewarding because the downtown people express their gratitude on a daily basis. She has learned much since the inception of the Ambassador program, and looks forward to continue serving the downtown area and meeting all the new challenges ahead.
