All eligible riders must pay exact fare when boarding. Drivers cannot give change. Van passes can be purchased at the Downtown Transit Center (214 S. Topeka), the Transit Operations Center (777 E. Waterman), or any Dillons Customer Service Counter or selected Food for Less Stores.
Drivers are not allowed to accept tips or gratuities. If you would like to commend a driver for service provided, call (316) 265-1450 and ask to speak to an Operations Supervisor.
