Customer Service
Customer Service displays and disseminates transit information materials, receives and acts upon complaints and suggestions. Customer Service staff also provide oversight of route benches, shelters and other riders' amenities. They serve as liaison for marketing and trolley activities in addition to federally assisted programs, grants, DBE, National Transit Database, Drug and Alcohol Program, etc.
The downtown Transit Center is open from 6 AM to 6:30 PM weekdays and from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturdays.
Services at the Transit Center include pass sales, cash/change handling, route/service information, Half Fare ID program, and passenger amenities including vending machines, restrooms, and indoor waiting. Bus passes can also be purchased at all Dillon's stores.

Access to Jobs Program A federal grant provides rides to individuals in transition from welfare to work. Individuals must be within 150% of poverty level. Agency must pay 50% copay per ride. Each ride is a one-way ride. All the individual's income must be considered when determining program eligibility (i.e., SSI, SSDI, wages, etc.)

One-Half Fare Program Individuals who qualify for Wichita Transit’s One-Half Fare Program are entitled to ride regular fixed route buses for one-half the regular adult fare.
