The Wichita Police Department, Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office and the Kansas Highway Patrol are hosting the Inaugural Law Enforcement Expo during October, National Crime Prevention Month. This Expo is designed for all law enforcement agencies and Military in Sedgwick County to showcase their departments and allow citizens and law enforcement to come together in a positive event that will be both entertaining and educational.
The Law Enforcement Expo is scheduled for Saturday, October 20, 2007, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The event will be held at the Sedgwick County Extension Building, 7001 W. 21st Street North.

Activities
Interactive kids activities will be available for children to get
safety information in the "Kids Club", including the 911 interactive
display for children to learn about 911.

Vendors will be on site to showcase their Crime Prevention
products and services.

A safety room will be open for you to learn about
gun safety, child safety and get answers to all your firearm legal
questions, including carry conceal.

Outdoor displays and Military equipment will be on hand.

Indoor displays of local law enforcement vehicles with
information booths.
