My name is Officer James Pearman and I am the SRO for Mayberry Middle School. Prior to coming to Mayberry I was assigned to the Patrol South Bureau for 5 years. During this time I was assigned as a Patrol Officer and also served as a Field Training Officer for the newly graduated recruits.
As the Mayberry Middle School SRO my duties are to be a mentor, informal counselor, guest teacher, and law enforcement officer. I will accomplish these duties by working with the school staff and upholding the goal of keeping Mayberry a place where your student has a safe and secure learning environment.
