Lieutenant Easter is an 18-year veteran of the Wichita Police Department. He is the current Section Commander of the Gang and TOPS Unit. During 2006 & 2007 Lt. Easter was chosen by Chief Williams to head a task force focused on gang activity that resulted in 40 indictments for crimes including homicide, drug charges, promoting child prostitution, assault and weapons violations. Lt. Easter was chosen as one of the 40 under 40 individuals selected by the Wichita Business Journal. He is active in the community as evidenced by his work with the 2006 Dream Center, Big Brothers and Big Sisters Kevin Easter Cops for Kids Bowling and the recognition he received from the Mental Health Association in 2007 for his youth violence prevention efforts. Lieutenant Easter is a valuable member of the Wichita Police Department. |

Patsy is 22-year veteran of the Wichita Police Department. She is currently assigned to the Case Review Unit in Police Records. Patsy’s main task is working on the Gateway; a program implemented by the state of Kansas for law enforcement agencies to send their reports and arrests to the KBI electronically. Earlier this year, Patsy along with two other co-workers received a City of Wichita Customer Service reception and an article in the WPD Newsletter for her work on the Gateway. Patsy also instructs recruit and reserve officers on case classification and the Kansas Incident Based Reporting System. Patsy is an asset to the Wichita Police Dept. She is always friendly and helpful to everyone she comes into contact with. |

Police Reserve Officer Robert Dulohery began his volunteer service with the Wichita Police Department in November of 2004. In his two years and 9 months as a reserve officer he has volunteered 4,153 hours. R.O. Dulohery has worked virtually every special event in Wichita over the last two years including multiple River Fest events, Race For the Cure, major car shows and motorcycle rallys, several large concerts, the Aviation Festival, DUI Check Lane projects, Kevin Easter Cops For Kids Fund Raiser and even the Patrol South Bureau Easter Egg Hunt. Reserve Officer Dulohery is married, has two children and is employed full time. R.O. has been a tremendous resource in helping the Wichita Police Department meet it’s Mission Statement and 2007 goals. In January of 2007 R.O. Dulohery was presented an award from the Wichita-Sedgwick County Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association for his outstanding volunteer police reserve service. |
