The Central Northeast Area Plan Update (page 75) calls for both the Central Northeast Council of Neighborhood Associations (CNAC) and individual neighborhood associations to actively involve the youth in the improvement and revitalization of the Central Northeast Area while providing them with training and educational opportunities.
