Park Villa is a beautiful, stone, air-conditioned building with a covered wrap-around porch that contains four picnic tables. The building is one large room with restrooms housed in a separate building right outside. The room is 800 sq. ft. and can be divided into two rooms by the use of a partition. Park Villa is bordered with sidewalks and beautiful landscaping. The building has a large open lot to one side and features a lily pond on the other.
