3.1	Four divisions of the court shall convene at City Hall at 8:15 AM until noon and reconvene at 1:00 PM until that day's business is concluded.
3.2	The Neighborhood Court Division shall convene at 6:00 PM each weekday until that day's business is concluded pursuant to the following schedule: Monday (6 PM) South Police Substation 211 E. Pawnee, Wichita, Kansas Tuesday (6 PM) West Police Substation 661 N. Elder (at Central), Wichita, Kansas Wednesday (6 PM) North Police Substation 3015 E. 21st St. N., Wichita, Kansas Thursday (6 PM) East Police Substation 350 S. Edgemoor, Wichita, Kansas See Charter Ordinance No. 159, Section 1, and City Code Section 1.04.150.
3.3	The Administrative Traffic Court shall convene at City Hall at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM until that day's business is concluded.
3.4	Other divisions and sessions of court shall meet as directed and scheduled by the administrative judge pursuant to Rule No. 9.2, infra. See City Code Section 1.04.140.
