All claim for damages filed against the City are reviewed and processed by Law Department staff. The review ascertains the relative merits of the claims, and staff attempts to settle claims when appropriate.

If you wish to make a claim against the City for damages, you will need to download, complete, print and mail the Claim for Damages form to:
