| Youth Volunteer Days at the WATER Center |
Youth Volunteer Days are for children ages 8-15 years old and space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Call (316) 337-9262 to pre-register - space is limited.
There will be youth volunteer activities from 2-4 PM on the following days:

The Hutton Junior Fisheries Biology Program Applications are due February 15, 2008! Eight weeks of hands-on water and fisheries opportunities right here in Wichita! The student selected receives a $3,000 scholarship. For more information, visit the Hutton Junior Fisheries Biology Program web site.
U.S. Stockholm Junior Water Prize This is the most prestigious youth award for a high school water science research project. HRH Crown Princess Victoria is the patron of the prize. In a royal ceremony, during World Water Week, the international winner receives $5,000 USD and a blue crystal sculpture. For more information, visit the U.S. Stockholm Junior Water Prize web site.
