Mechanical/Plumbing Inspection
All mechanical/plumbing work for which a permit is required shall be subject to inspection by Office of Central Inspection. It is the responsibility of the mechanical/plumbing inspector to conduct all required inspections.

The National Electrical Code requires a working space of 30 inches wide, 36 inches in front of and 6 feet 6 inches high on all new circuits and disconnects. See the drawing for changing out an existing A/C unit.
